Can I remove glare from a photo for free?

How do I remove glare from a photo on iPhone?
Open photopolisher.com in Safari, tap Upload a photo and pick the picture from your library. When it’s done, tap Download and save the image to Photos. Nothing needs to be installed.
How do I get rid of glare in photos of documents?
Choose Document as the photo type. PhotoPolisher measures how bright the paper is in every part of the page, then evens it out so washed-out text becomes dark and readable again. It also removes shadows from your hand or phone.
Does it work on glare from glasses?
Lens reflections need a different approach, so they have their own tool. Use the glasses glare remover for portraits and ID photos.
Do I need Photoshop or Lightroom?
